REMINDERS:

1. The speed limit throughout the subdivision is 25 MPH. Thanks for keeping your speed down. Please obey Yield signs.
2. Dogs must always be on a leash or confined to your yard. Please clean up after your dog and minimize your dog barking as a courtesy to all your neighbors..
3. No parking vehicles or trailers on subdivision roads.
4. See HOA Documents page, Covenants, for limits on renters and pets.
5. Trash pickup is on Monday, please have your trash out by 7:30am. If there is a holiday that week then pickup is on Tuesday.
6. Basic service is limited to one 96-gallon tote, provided  by Waste Management. If you desire trash or recycling service, please email us for charges and to get set up.
7. HOA Dues, Water, and Trash/Recycling are due on a quarterly basis.  Bills will be emailed to you quarterly from our bookkeeper and can be paid on-line.
8. At the end of each quarter please take a picture of your water meter and send the reading to our bookkeeper at westbankmesabilling@gmail.com or text to Debbie Voight 970-987-2742.
9. You have a 10 day window on either side of the meter dates of 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 and 12/31. If possible, please send your reading by the 5th of the following month to enable our bookkeeper to send bills in a timely manner. If your reading is not received within the window then we will use your reading from the same period the prior year and apply a $25 for non-submittal.
